Welcome to Goondiwindi Computer Repairs. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Goondiwindi Computer Repairs offers computer troubleshooting, repairs, and game console servicing, including but not limited to:

Hardware and software troubleshooting

Virus and malware removal
-
Hard drive replacements and SSD upgrades

Laptop battery and screen replacements
-
Printer setup and troubleshooting

Custom-built PCs
-
Console repairs, including HDMI port replacements and overheating issues
2. On-Site Service & Travel Fees
We provide on-site repair services in Goondiwindi and surrounding areas. If you are located outside the Goondiwindi township, a travel fee will apply. The exact fee will be communicated and agreed upon before the appointment.
3. No Fix, No Charge Guarantee
If we are unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged for the service. However, if a partial repair or alternative solution is provided, a service fee may still apply.
4. Service Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the service date.

If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will reassess and attempt to resolve it at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover new issues, accidental damage, or software-related problems caused by viruses or user actions after service.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer & pay ID.

A receipt will be provided upon request.
6. Data & Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your data during repairs, we strongly recommend that you back up important files before service.

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or software issues that occur before, during, or after the repair process.

If data recovery is required, additional charges may apply.
7. Third-Party Software & Licensing

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid licences for all installed software.

We will not install or support unlicensed or pirated software.
8. Equipment Handling & Ownership

Any devices left with us for repair must be collected within 30 days. Unclaimed devices may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.

Proof of ownership may be required before commencing repairs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Goondiwindi Computer Repairs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
